Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality lessons in History and Geography across all Key Stages.

- Foster a culture of high expectations and achievement within the department and school.
- Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the curriculum and support student learning.
- Provide pastoral care and guidance to students as needed.
- Participate in professional development and staff training initiatives.
- Contribute to extracurricular activities and school events.
- Monitor and assess student progress regularly.
Qualifications & Skills:
Required
- Qualified teacher with relevant subject knowledge in History or Geography.
- Experience teaching across Key Stages.
- Strong classroom management and communication skills.
- Commitment to student achievement and continuous professional development.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team.
Preferred
- Experience with curriculum development and innovation.
- Familiarity with digital teaching tools and resources.
- Experience in safeguarding and promoting student welfare.
- Background in co-educational settings or Sixth Form teaching.
