  • Qualified teacher with relevant subject knowledge.

  • Experience in curriculum development or a willingness to learn and grow in this area.

Preferred

  • Experience in teaching history at the secondary level.
  • Background in education leadership or a desire to take on leadership roles.
  • Experience with student pastoral care or character development.
  • Familiarity with innovative teaching methods and curriculum design.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
