Key Responsibilities:

- Work collaboratively with colleagues to enhance teaching and learning across the school.
- Monitor and assess student progress regularly, providing constructive feedback and guidance.
- Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance subject knowledge and teaching practice.

- Engage in pastoral responsibilities and contribute to the wider school community.
Qualifications & Skills:
Required
- Qualified teacher with QTS or equivalent.
- Relevant degree in History or a related subject.
- Experience of teaching History at Key Stage 3 and 4.
- Strong classroom management and organisational skills.
- Commitment to continuous professional development.
Preferred
- Experience of teaching A Level History.
- Experience of curriculum design and development.
- Experience of working in a school with a strong focus on student outcomes.
- Experience of leading or contributing to departmental initiatives.
