Key Responsibilities:

  • Support pupils through tailored learning strategies and individualized assistance

  • Deliver non-core subjects to small groups of learners with confidence
  • Apply knowledge of different learning styles to enhance student engagement and progress
  • Promote a nurturing and trauma-informed environment for all students
  • Foster positive relationships with students, colleagues, and parents

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with students and teachers
  • Knowledge of different learning styles and strategies to support student development
  • Ability to adapt to the needs of individual students and provide tailored support
  • Trauma-informed accreditation or willingness to pursue it
  • Experience working in an educational setting with a focus on student support

Preferred

  • Experience in neuroscience or a related field
  • Confidence in delivering non-core subjects
  • Commitment to continuous professional development
