Key Responsibilities:
- Support pupils through tailored learning strategies and individualized assistance
- Collaborate with teachers to create an inclusive and effective classroom environment
- Deliver non-core subjects to small groups of learners with confidence
- Apply knowledge of different learning styles to enhance student engagement and progress
- Promote a nurturing and trauma-informed environment for all students
- Foster positive relationships with students, colleagues, and parents

Qualifications & Skills:
Required
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with students and teachers
- Knowledge of different learning styles and strategies to support student development
- Ability to adapt to the needs of individual students and provide tailored support
- Trauma-informed accreditation or willingness to pursue it
- Experience working in an educational setting with a focus on student support
Preferred
- Experience in neuroscience or a related field
- Confidence in delivering non-core subjects
