The Opportunity:
As a Hospitality Team Member, you will deliver a warm, friendly, and efficient service across the school site, ensuring a high standard of hospitality for all visitors. This role requires a full driving license and involves some heavy lifting, with duties spanning both the Senior and Prep schools, as well as enterprise activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service to pupils, staff, and visitors across the school site
- Operate the department’s van to support hospitality needs on both campuses
- Assist with the preparation and serving of meals and refreshments
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization in all hospitality areas
- Support event management and catering requirements for school functions
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations
- Perform light to moderate physical tasks, including lifting and moving supplies
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in all hospitality-related activities
Qualifications & Skills:
Required
- Full UK driving license
- Ability to lift and carry heavy items
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to high standards
- Flexibility to work during term time and across both school sites
Preferred
- Previous experience in hospitality or customer service
- Experience working in a school or educational setting
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
- Ability to work as part of a team and independently
- Familiarity with event planning and coordination
Compensation & Benefits:
