Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide pastoral care and support to students, ensuring their academic, social, and emotional needs are met.

  • Collaborate with teaching staff and other housemasters to enhance the overall student experience.
  • Oversee house activities, including social events, sports, and co-curricular programs.

  • Contribute to the development and implementation of house-related initiatives and programs.

  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to manage and motivate students.
  • Excellent communication and organizational abilities.

  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently.

Preferred

  • Experience in teaching or curriculum development.
