Houseparent - Boys Boarding position available at a Swiss international boarding school.

The Opportunity:
As a Houseparent, you will play a vital role in supporting and guiding international students in a residential setting. You will contribute to creating a safe, welcoming, and inspiring environment that promotes both academic and personal growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as a visible role model for the school's values and standards
- Provide pastoral support and guidance to boarders during duty times
- Create a safe, well-ordered, and friendly living environment
- Support students in their academic and co-curricular pursuits
- Ensure all student behavior aligns with school and house rules
- Communicate effectively with parents and school stakeholders
- Organize and participate in evening and weekend boarding activities
- Uphold safeguarding practices at all times
Qualifications & Skills:
Required
- Experience working with young people in a residential setting
- Minimum 3 to 5 years of relevant work experience
- Strong communication and social skills, with a high level of empathy and responsibility
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
Preferred
- EU/EFTA citizenship
- English language skills at B2 level or higher
- Additional language skills
Compensation & Benefits:
