The Opportunity:

As an HR Advisor, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality HR services across the school’s Family of Schools. You will lead recruitment efforts, support managers throughout the employee lifecycle, and ensure the smooth operation of HR processes. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a growing and dynamic HR function.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and support the full employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding.
  • Lead and coordinate recruitment campaigns across the school’s Family of Schools.
  • Provide generalist HR support, including advising managers on best practices and policies.
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with HR procedures and regulations.
  • Collaborate closely with the HR team to deliver consistent and efficient HR services.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of new HR processes and systems.
  • Act as a key point of contact for employees and managers, offering clear and professional advice.
  • Ensure all HR documentation is up to date and stored securely.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

  • CIPD Level 5 qualification or equivalent HR experience.
  • Proven experience in generalist HR support and employee lifecycle management.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Experience managing multiple recruitment campaigns.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.

Preferred

  • Experience in the education sector or working within a large organization.
  • Knowledge of HR software and systems.
  • Experience with employee engagement and development initiatives.
  • Understanding of child protection and safeguarding procedures.
