Key Responsibilities:
- Support HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, and employee records management.
- Assist with attendance tracking, leave management, and HR documentation.
- Provide day-to-day support to staff inquiries in accordance with school policies.
- Coordinate training sessions, staff events, and employee engagement initiatives.
- Develop and maintain HR dashboards and reports using Excel and Google tools.
- Ensure compliance with labor law and school HR standards.
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions.
- Collaborate with management to improve HR processes and employee experience.
Qualifications & Skills:
Required
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2–3 years of HR or administrative experience, preferably in a school setting.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- High proficiency in Excel (data processing, reporting, dashboards) and Google Workspace tools.
- Solid understanding of labor law and HR best practices.
Preferred
- Experience with HR software or systems.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Experience in employee engagement or training coordination.
