Key Responsibilities:

  • Support HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, and employee records management.
  • Assist with attendance tracking, leave management, and HR documentation.
  • Provide day-to-day support to staff inquiries in accordance with school policies.
  • Coordinate training sessions, staff events, and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Develop and maintain HR dashboards and reports using Excel and Google tools.
  • Ensure compliance with labor law and school HR standards.
  • Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions.
  • Collaborate with management to improve HR processes and employee experience.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2–3 years of HR or administrative experience, preferably in a school setting.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • High proficiency in Excel (data processing, reporting, dashboards) and Google Workspace tools.
  • Solid understanding of labor law and HR best practices.

Preferred

  • Experience with HR software or systems.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Experience in employee engagement or training coordination.
