Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain HR records and documentation in line with legislation and school policies.
- Support the implementation of HR processes, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.
- Coordinate and organize internal training and development programs for staff.
- Ensure compliance with HR legislation and maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.
- Provide administrative support to the HR team and assist with the management of employee queries and concerns.
- Assist with the preparation of reports and data analysis to support HR decision-making.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of HR practices across the school.
- Maintain a high standard of professional conduct and discretion in all HR-related interactions.

Required
- Strong administrative and organizational skills.
- Confident user of IT systems and software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work to tight deadlines and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Preferred
- Previous experience in HR or a related field.
