The Opportunity:

Join a growing HR team and gain hands-on experience as an HR Support Apprentice. This role offers the chance to study for a Level 3 HR Support Apprenticeship, supporting the employee lifecycle and contributing to a supportive and inclusive workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the HR team in managing the employee lifecycle from onboarding to exit.
  • Assist in the administration of HR processes, including payroll, leave, and performance management.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR databases.
  • Provide support with internal and external communications related to HR matters.
  • Collaborate with the Chief People & Culture Officer and HR Assistant to ensure smooth HR operations.
  • Assist in organizing and supporting staff events and training sessions.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
  • Support the delivery of staff wellbeing initiatives and employee engagement activities.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

  • A Maths and English GCSE at grade 4 or above.
  • Eligibility to work in England.
  • Not currently in full-time education.
  • Strong communication and organisational skills.
  • Ability to work as part of a team and independently.

Preferred

  • Experience in an administrative or support role.
  • Familiarity with HR processes or systems.
  • Interest in pursuing a career in HR or business administration.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office applications.
