As a Human Resources Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting the Human Resources team across all stages of the employment lifecycle. Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Human Resources team in managing the full employment lifecycle, from recruitment to onboarding and beyond.
- Maintain accurate and confidential records in line with the Data Protection Act 2018 and GDPR standards.
- Assist in the processing of applications, including reviewing and sorting candidate information.
- Provide administrative support during interviews, induction processes, and staff development activities.
- Ensure all HR documentation is completed accurately and in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless HR operations.
- Maintain a high standard of attention to detail and computer literacy in all tasks.
- Support the implementation of HR policies and procedures across the school.
Qualifications & Skills:
Required
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong understanding of data protection and GDPR compliance.
- High level of computer literacy and attention to detail.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality in all aspects of the role.
- Experience in an administrative or HR support role.
Preferred
- Experience in a school or educational setting.
- Knowledge of HR processes and employment law.
- Experience with applicant tracking systems or HR software.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
