Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and deliver engaging, curriculum-aligned lessons that promote critical thinking and real-world application.
  • Support students in developing business and economic concepts through project-based and inquiry-based learning.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to create a cohesive and innovative learning environment.
  • Integrate technology to enhance teaching and learning experiences.
  • Provide individualized support to ensure each student's academic and personal growth.
  • Contribute to the development of a positive, inclusive classroom culture.

  • Assess and evaluate student progress using a variety of formative and summative methods.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

  • Fully qualified teacher with at least two years of full-time classroom experience.
  • Experience teaching IB Diploma, A Level, or AP Business and/or Economics.
  • Strong knowledge of business, economics, and enterprise concepts.
  • Ability to integrate instructional technology and promote higher-level thinking skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively and support a positive, inclusive learning environment.
  • Commitment to lifelong learning and professional development.

Preferred

  • Experience with Teaching English as a Second Language (TESL) or bilingual education.
  • Familiarity with project-based learning and inquiry-based teaching methods.
  • Experience in a multicultural or international educational setting.
  • Leadership experience or involvement in curriculum development.
