Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver engaging IB English curriculum for Middle and High School students.
- Foster a classroom environment that encourages critical thinking, creativity, and student-centered learning.
- Collaborate with colleagues to design interdisciplinary and project-based learning experiences.
- Assess and provide constructive feedback to support student growth and achievement.
- Stay updated with best practices in international education and incorporate them into teaching.

Qualifications & Skills:
Required
- Qualified teacher with experience in IB English at MYP and/or IGCSE level.
- Recent teaching experience with Middle and High School students.
- Strong understanding of IB curriculum and assessment practices.
- Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
- Commitment to international education and student-centered learning.
Preferred
- Experience with IB Diploma Programme (IBDP) teaching.
- Background in STEAM and project-based learning.
- Multilingual abilities, particularly in Italian.
- Experience with international school cultures and diverse student populations.
