The Opportunity:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Teach ICT examination subjects up to A-level/Level 3.
  • Deliver engaging and innovative lessons that promote student learning and achievement.
  • Support the development of students’ digital skills and knowledge.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the ICT curriculum and teaching methods.
  • Participate in departmental meetings and planning sessions.
  • Monitor and assess student progress to ensure continuous improvement.
  • Provide pastoral support and guidance to students where appropriate.
  • Engage in continuing professional development (CPD) to maintain high standards of teaching.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

  • Qualified teacher with relevant ICT experience.
  • Experience teaching ICT up to A-level/Level 3.
  • Strong subject knowledge and passion for ICT.
  • Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
  • Commitment to student achievement and personal development.

Preferred

  • Experience with digital technologies and innovative teaching methods.
