Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain the school’s IT systems, including computers, printers, and communication tools.
- Ensure the security and integrity of all digital resources used by staff and students.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for IT issues across the school.
- Collaborate with staff to implement new technologies and improve existing systems.
- Monitor network performance and implement solutions to enhance system reliability.
- Assist in the setup and configuration of new hardware and software.
- Maintain detailed records of system changes and user support requests.
- Stay updated on emerging technologies and best practices in school IT management.
Qualifications & Skills:
Required
- Proven experience in IT support within an educational setting.
- Strong knowledge of network systems, hardware, and software.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Relevant qualifications in ICT or computer science.
Preferred
- Experience with VOIP systems and classroom technology.
- Familiarity with managing large-scale IT environments.
