The Opportunity:
As an Inclusion Administrator, you will provide essential administrative support to the Inclusion Coordinator and team. This role involves managing student records, organizing meetings, and ensuring effective communication across the school. It is a key position in supporting the school’s mission to provide inclusive education for all students.
Key Responsibilities:
- Update and maintain the SEND Register and Vulnerable Register.
- Produce one page profiles and reviews for relevant stakeholders.
- Administer review meetings and collate staff reports.
- Maintain SEN documents, policies, and records.
- Invigilate students with access arrangements during examinations.
- Circulate relevant documentation to stakeholders.
- Support the Inclusion Coordinator in delivering inclusive practices.
- Ensure all documentation is up to date and compliant with school policies.
Qualifications & Skills:
Required
- Strong administrative and organizational skills.
- Experience in managing student records and documentation.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and attention to detail.
- Experience in a school or educational setting.
Preferred
- Experience working with students with special educational needs.
- Knowledge of inclusive education practices.
- Experience in using school management systems.
- Understanding of safeguarding and child protection procedures.
