The Opportunity:

As an Inclusion Teacher, you will play a vital role in supporting students with special educational needs and ensuring they achieve their full potential. This is a chance to make a meaningful impact in a dynamic, international school setting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement personalized education plans in collaboration with the SENCO and teaching team.
  • Deliver high-quality, differentiated instruction to support student progress and achievement.
  • Maintain strong behavior management and follow school policies on SEN and EAL.
  • Use data to guide planning, assessment, and reporting.
  • Communicate effectively with parents and contribute to student monitoring.
  • Provide excellent pastoral care and support students’ social and emotional development.
  • Participate in co-curricular activities and school events.
  • Uphold the school’s vision, values, and cultural expectations.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

  • Bachelor’s Degree / PGCE or equivalent teaching qualification.
  • Minimum of 2 years’ relevant teaching experience.
  • Experience teaching the UK National Curriculum.
  • Strong classroom management and pastoral skills.
  • Ability to inspire and engage students of all abilities.

Preferred

  • Experience working with EAL learners.
  • Understanding of UK independent and international school expectations.
