The Opportunity:
As an Inclusion Teacher, you will play a vital role in supporting students with special educational needs and ensuring they achieve their full potential. This is a chance to make a meaningful impact in a dynamic, international school setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement personalized education plans in collaboration with the SENCO and teaching team.
- Deliver high-quality, differentiated instruction to support student progress and achievement.
- Maintain strong behavior management and follow school policies on SEN and EAL.
- Use data to guide planning, assessment, and reporting.
- Communicate effectively with parents and contribute to student monitoring.
- Provide excellent pastoral care and support students’ social and emotional development.
- Participate in co-curricular activities and school events.
- Uphold the school’s vision, values, and cultural expectations.
Qualifications & Skills:
Required
- Bachelor’s Degree / PGCE or equivalent teaching qualification.
- Minimum of 2 years’ relevant teaching experience.
- Experience teaching the UK National Curriculum.
- Strong classroom management and pastoral skills.
- Ability to inspire and engage students of all abilities.
Preferred
- Experience working with EAL learners.
- Understanding of UK independent and international school expectations.
