Key Responsibilities:

Qualifications & Skills:
Required
- Bachelor’s degree in Education or related field.
- Valid teaching certification for elementary grades.
- Minimum of 3 years of teaching experience at the elementary level.
- Experience in instructional coaching or professional development.
- Strong classroom management and communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with teachers and students.
Preferred
- Master’s degree in Education or related field.
- Experience with differentiated instruction and inclusive teaching practices.
- Familiarity with curriculum design and assessment strategies.
- Proficiency in educational technology tools.
- Experience in leading or facilitating professional learning communities.
