Key Responsibilities:

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

  • Bachelor’s degree in Education or related field.
  • Valid teaching certification for elementary grades.
  • Minimum of 3 years of teaching experience at the elementary level.
  • Experience in instructional coaching or professional development.
  • Strong classroom management and communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with teachers and students.

Preferred

  • Master’s degree in Education or related field.
  • Experience with differentiated instruction and inclusive teaching practices.
  • Familiarity with curriculum design and assessment strategies.
  • Proficiency in educational technology tools.
  • Experience in leading or facilitating professional learning communities.
