The Opportunity:
We are seeking an experienced and visionary Interim Headteacher to lead the Boys’ School until the substantive role is filled. This is a pivotal opportunity to contribute to the continued success of a high-performing institution and to shape its future direction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the day-to-day operations of the Boys’ School.
- Work closely with the CEO and senior leadership team to drive strategic priorities.
- Maintain and develop strong relationships with staff, students, and the wider community.
- Set challenging goals that foster continuous improvement and academic excellence.
- Support and inspire the senior leadership team to deliver outstanding outcomes.
- Ensure the school meets all regulatory and compliance requirements.
- Engage with parents and stakeholders to promote the school’s mission and values.
- Contribute to the development of policies and practices that enhance the educational experience.
Qualifications & Skills:
Required
- Proven experience as a Headteacher, Deputy Headteacher, or Assistant Headteacher in a high-performing academic institution.
- Strong strategic, leadership, and communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to inspire and motivate staff and students.
- Experience in managing large-scale educational operations.
- Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
Preferred
- Experience in Jewish or faith-based education.
- Familiarity with the UK education system and its challenges.
- Track record of leading successful school improvement initiatives.
- Experience in working with multi-academy trusts or similar structures.
