Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality early years education in line with the school’s curriculum and policies.
- Plan and implement engaging learning experiences that promote social, emotional, and cognitive development.
- Maintain detailed records of student progress and provide regular reports to parents.
- Collaborate with colleagues to support school-wide initiatives and professional development.
- Manage classroom resources and ensure a safe, tidy, and stimulating learning environment.
- Foster positive relationships with parents and contribute to the school’s community spirit.
- Support the implementation of inquiry-based learning approaches.
- Participate in the development and moderation of pupil assessment procedures.
Qualifications & Skills:
Required
- Minimum of 2–5 years of relevant professional teaching experience in early childhood education.
- Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field from a recognized institution.
- Valid teaching certificates or accreditation if the degree is not in education.
- Strong understanding of early years curriculum and child development.
- Commitment to fostering inclusive and respectful classroom environments.
Preferred
- Experience with the Inquiry-Think-Learn curriculum or similar inquiry-based learning approaches.
- International teaching experience, particularly in Asia.
- Familiarity with the International Baccalaureate (IB) framework or other international curricula.
- IPC (International Primary Curriculum) training or experience.
