Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality early years education in line with the school’s curriculum and policies.
  • Plan and implement engaging learning experiences that promote social, emotional, and cognitive development.
  • Maintain detailed records of student progress and provide regular reports to parents.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to support school-wide initiatives and professional development.
  • Manage classroom resources and ensure a safe, tidy, and stimulating learning environment.
  • Foster positive relationships with parents and contribute to the school’s community spirit.
  • Support the implementation of inquiry-based learning approaches.
  • Participate in the development and moderation of pupil assessment procedures.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

  • Minimum of 2–5 years of relevant professional teaching experience in early childhood education.
  • Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field from a recognized institution.
  • Valid teaching certificates or accreditation if the degree is not in education.
  • Strong understanding of early years curriculum and child development.
  • Commitment to fostering inclusive and respectful classroom environments.

Preferred

  • Experience with the Inquiry-Think-Learn curriculum or similar inquiry-based learning approaches.
  • International teaching experience, particularly in Asia.
  • Familiarity with the International Baccalaureate (IB) framework or other international curricula.
  • IPC (International Primary Curriculum) training or experience.
