The Opportunity:

As an IT Systems Developer, you will play a key role in shaping the digital future of a school. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining web and Windows applications, with a focus on improving student experience and reducing staff workload through the use of AI technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain web and Windows applications using ASP.Net and Windows Forms.
  • Implement and support AI functionality using LLMs and their APIs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.
  • Ensure applications are aligned with the latest IT Service Management and development methodologies.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for existing systems.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of IT infrastructure and processes.
  • Stay up to date with emerging technologies and trends in software development.
  • Ensure all development work adheres to best practices and security standards.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

  • Proven experience in web and Windows development workflows.
  • Strong knowledge of ASP.Net and Windows Forms.
  • Experience with IIS and IT Service Management methodologies.
  • Agile mindset and a focus on end-user experience.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Preferred

  • Experience with AI development using LLMs and their APIs.
  • Familiarity with modern development tools and frameworks.
  • Understanding of cloud computing and DevOps practices.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
