Key Responsibilities:

Provide first-line technical support to staff and students across all schools within the Trust.
Maintain and monitor the performance of IT systems, networks, and hardware.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently and effectively.
Collaborate with the IT Support Team to ensure the smooth delivery of ICT services.
Implement and maintain security protocols to protect school data and systems.
Support the deployment and configuration of new IT equipment and software.
Document all technical processes and provide user training where necessary.
Work closely with the IT Network Manager to ensure alignment with the school’s strategic goals.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

Proven experience in IT support or a related field.
Strong knowledge of network systems, hardware, and software.
Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues quickly.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Experience working in an educational setting is highly desirable.

Preferred

Familiarity with educational technology and learning management systems.
Experience with managing IT systems across multiple locations.
Certifications in IT support or network administration (e.g., CompTIA A+, Network+).
