Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily administrative tasks in the Junior School Office and Receptions.
  • Provide a high level of customer service to students, parents, and staff.
  • Support the coordination of school events and communication with the school community.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and documentation.
  • Assist with the management of school office systems and processes.
  • Collaborate with other school departments to ensure efficient operations.
  • Be flexible with working hours to meet the needs of the school during key times of the year.
  • Ensure a welcoming and professional environment in the school reception areas.
