Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging and effective Key Stage 2 lessons aligned with the International Primary Curriculum (IPC) and English National Curriculum.
- Develop and implement individualized learning plans to support student progress and achievement.
- Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages curiosity, creativity, and critical thinking.
- Collaborate with colleagues to plan and deliver cross-curricular projects and school-wide initiatives.
- Monitor and assess student performance regularly, providing constructive feedback to students and parents.
- Participate in professional development and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of student progress and attendance.
- Support extracurricular activities and school events as required.
Qualifications & Skills:
Required
- Qualified teacher with experience in Key Stage 2 education.
- Strong knowledge of the International Primary Curriculum (IPC) and English National Curriculum.
- Proven ability to deliver high-quality teaching and learning experiences.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Commitment to child protection and safeguarding practices.
- Relevant teaching qualification and experience in an international school setting.
Preferred
- Experience with Teaching English as a Second Language (TESOL/TEFL).
- Familiarity with the IB curriculum.
- Experience working in a diverse, multicultural environment.
- Leadership experience or experience mentoring new teachers.
- Fluency in additional languages.
