Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality, engaging lessons in English, Mathematics, or Science.
  • Inspire and motivate students to achieve their full potential.
  • Develop and implement effective teaching strategies that support student learning.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to create a cohesive and supportive learning environment.
  • Monitor and assess student progress regularly, providing constructive feedback.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

  • Qualified teacher with relevant subject knowledge in English, Mathematics, or Science.
  • Proven experience teaching Key Stage 2 students in either the state or independent sector.
  • Strong classroom management and communication skills.
  • Ability to create engaging and inclusive learning experiences.
  • Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.

Preferred

  • Experience in developing innovative teaching methods or curricula.
  • Leadership experience or potential for future leadership roles.
  • Experience with a range of teaching methodologies and assessment techniques.
  • Familiarity with the independent school sector and its unique expectations.
