The Opportunity:

We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Key Stage 2 Teacher and Coordinator to join our expanding team. This role involves teaching responsibilities and coordination within the Primary Leadership Team. The ideal candidate will contribute to a progressive and innovative learning environment that fosters academic and personal growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality Key Stage 2 lessons aligned with the Cambridge International Curriculum and White Rose Maths.
  • Coordinate with the Primary Leadership Team to ensure consistency and excellence in teaching and learning.
  • Develop and implement an inquiry-based approach to the Topic curriculum.
  • Support the professional development of other teachers and staff.
  • Maintain strong communication with parents and the wider school community.
  • Monitor and assess student progress, providing regular feedback and guidance.
  • Participate in school-wide events and initiatives that promote student engagement and achievement.
  • Contribute to the ongoing development and improvement of the school’s educational programs.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

  • Bachelor of Education (Primary), or a Degree plus PGCE or PGDE.
  • Experience in teaching in a UK or international school.
  • Strong knowledge of the Cambridge International Curriculum.
  • Excellent classroom management and organisational skills.
  • Commitment to student welfare and academic excellence.

Preferred

  • Experience with Monster Phonics or other phonics-based teaching methods.
  • Familiarity with inquiry-based learning approaches.
  • Experience in curriculum development or leadership roles.
  • Fluency in a second language, particularly Russian or French.
