The Opportunity:
We are seeking a Key Stage 2 Teacher to join a vibrant and supportive school community. Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging and inspiring lessons across Key Stage 2.
- Support the development and delivery of the co-curricular programme.
- Promote high standards of attainment, progress, and behaviour in students.
- Work with pupils of all abilities and encourage personal growth and achievement.
- Contribute to the ongoing development of the school’s curriculum and extra-curricular activities.
- Collaborate with colleagues to create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
- Participate in staff development and mentoring initiatives.
- Maintain accurate records and assessments of student progress.
Qualifications & Skills:
Required
- Qualified teacher with experience in Key Stage 2 education.
- Strong classroom management and teaching skills.
- Commitment to student welfare and academic excellence.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
Preferred
- Experience in a co-educational or boarding school environment.
- Involvement in extra-curricular or co-curricular activities.
- Familiarity with the Inspire Learning Group.
- Experience with the Duke of Edinburgh Award or similar programmes.
