Key Responsibilities:

  • Teach English to kindergarten students in line with the International Program’s requirements.
  • Design and prepare curriculum, lesson plans, and instructional materials for effective classroom delivery.
  • Adapt teaching methods and strategies to meet the diverse needs and interests of students.
  • Conduct assessments, monitor student progress, and provide constructive feedback to support learning.
  • Establish and maintain classroom expectations while observing and evaluating student behavior and development.
  • Collaborate with other teachers, parents, and guardians to address academic and behavioral concerns.
  • Develop and implement remedial programs for students requiring additional support.
  • Participate in faculty meetings, professional development, and school events.
  • Plan and lead extracurricular activities such as clubs and academic contests.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

  • Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Education, Early Childhood Education, English, or a related field.
  • At least 1–2 years of teaching experience, preferably with early years students or in an international/bilingual school setting.
  • Experience working in a bilingual educational environment.

Preferred

  • Familiarity with international curricula and teaching methodologies.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience with child protection and safeguarding policies.
