The Opportunity:
As a Korean Admissions Officer, you will be responsible for managing the admissions process for Korean families and supporting the school’s outreach efforts. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about education and community engagement, and who wants to contribute to the growth of a leading international school.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full admissions journey for Korean families, from initial inquiry through to enrolment.
- Generate new leads and build strong relationships within the Korean community.
- Represent the school at events, outreach activities, and community engagements.
- Collaborate with the Admissions and Marketing teams to support broader admissions initiatives.
- Use CRM or database systems to track and manage all admissions-related data.
- Ensure consistent communication with families throughout the admissions process.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure administrative tasks are completed efficiently.
- Support the school’s mission by promoting its values and academic excellence.
Qualifications & Skills:
Required
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
- Experience in admissions, customer service, sales, marketing, or related roles.
- Experience using CRM or database systems.
- Fluency in Korean and/or English or Chinese (written and spoken).
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Strong organisational and time management abilities.
- Ability to balance administrative accuracy with proactive outreach.
Preferred
- Experience in education or international schools.
- Cultural awareness and understanding of Korean family expectations.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and target-driven.
