Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver engaging, academically rich, and innovative lessons aligned with the Cambridge KS1 Curriculum.
- Create a stimulating learning environment that caters to diverse learning needs and promotes student engagement.
- Utilize a variety of teaching strategies to effectively implement the school’s Primary KS1 Curriculum.
- Integrate technology seamlessly into teaching to enhance learning outcomes and organizational efficiency.
- Maintain clear communication with parents regarding student progress and academic achievements.
- Build positive and supportive relationships with students to foster confidence and a love for learning.
- Collaborate with colleagues to plan lessons and share resources, contributing to a culture of continuous professional development.

Qualifications & Skills:
Required
- Qualified Teacher Status with a Bachelor’s degree in education or a relevant discipline.
- Minimum of five years of successful teaching experience in the UK or an international British curriculum school.
- Strong knowledge of the Cambridge KS1 Curriculum and pedagogical best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to plan, organize, and execute effective teaching strategies.
Preferred
- Experience with teaching English as a Second Language (ESL) or bilingual education.
- Familiarity with inclusive education practices and special needs support.
- Demonstrated ability to use technology in the classroom for enhanced learning.
- Experience in a multicultural or international educational setting.
