The Opportunity:

A school is seeking a passionate and experienced KS2 Primary School Teacher to join its team on a full-time basis. This role provides the opportunity to shape young minds in an international setting, delivering engaging lessons aligned with the UK National Curriculum.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and deliver high-quality lessons aligned with the UK National Curriculum for Key Stage 2
  • Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to support learning outcomes
  • Maintain a positive and disciplined classroom environment that promotes student engagement
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop innovative teaching strategies and resources
  • Communicate effectively with students, parents, and school staff to support student success
  • Contribute to school life through extracurricular activities and community engagement
  • Adapt teaching methods to meet the diverse needs of learners
  • Stay up to date with educational trends and continuously improve teaching practices

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

  • Bachelor Honours Degree in Education
  • PGCE or equivalent qualification
  • Minimum of 2 years teaching experience in primary education
  • Strong knowledge of the UK National Curriculum for Key Stage 2
  • Excellent communication skills with students, parents, and colleagues
  • Ability to create engaging lesson plans tailored to diverse learning styles
  • Proficient classroom management skills

Preferred

  • Experience teaching in an international or bilingual setting
  • Familiarity with British curriculum standards and assessment practices
  • Experience with inclusive education and supporting diverse learners
  • Proficiency in Spanish or other languages
