Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality English language instruction to KS4/5 students following the Cambridge curriculum.
• Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that promote critical and creative thinking.

• Collaborate with colleagues to enhance teaching practices and support student success.
• Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment that encourages student participation and growth.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

• Minimum qualification of a Masters Degree in Education or relevant field, along with PGCE and QTS.
• At least 1 year of teaching experience in an educational setting.
• Native speaker of English or native-like level of C1 English proficiency.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to engage students through innovative teaching methods.

Preferred

• Familiarity with the Cambridge curriculum.
• Experience with international students or in a bilingual educational environment.
• Demonstrated success in preparing students for IGCSE and AS/A level examinations.
