The Opportunity:
As a Leadership Team Administrator, you will provide essential administrative support to the Senior School Leadership Team, ensuring the smooth operation of the Futures provision and contributing to the strategic direction of the school. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic and forward-thinking environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Senior School Leadership Team.
- Coordinate and manage the Futures provision, including Higher Education and post-school routes.
- Collaborate with Assistant Heads (Academic) to support academic leadership and strategic goals.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure efficient communication across the Leadership Team.
- Assist in the planning and execution of events and meetings as required.
- Support the Head of Administrative Services and Events in the management of day-to-day operations.
- Ensure compliance with safeguarding and child protection policies and procedures.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of administrative processes and systems.
Qualifications & Skills:
Required
- Proven experience in providing administrative support to senior leadership teams.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in using administrative software and office tools.
- Commitment to safeguarding and child protection, with the ability to comply with relevant checks and procedures.
- Flexibility to work outside standard hours where required.
Preferred
- Experience in education or a related sector.
- Knowledge of Higher Education and post-school pathways.
- Experience in event coordination or management.
- Familiarity with school policies and procedures.
- Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment.
