Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and deliver high-quality cover lessons in a variety of subjects to support student learning.

- Collaborate with teachers and support staff to ensure a seamless transition during absences.
- Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance teaching and learning practices.

- Work closely with the school leadership team to align cover teaching with the school’s educational goals.

Qualifications & Skills:
Required
- Proven experience in teaching or learning support across multiple subjects.
- Excellent organisational and interpersonal skills with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A calm and confident disposition, with the ability to manage student behaviour effectively.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people.
Preferred
- Experience in a school setting, particularly within a multi-academy trust or similar educational structure.
- Previous experience in a cover supervisor or similar role.
- Familiarity with the latest educational practices and technologies.
- Experience in professional development and training for classroom practitioners.
