Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain the school's library and digital resources effectively.
- Support the implementation of educational programs through resource allocation and organization.
- Ensure compliance with safety and wellbeing standards for students.
- Collaborate with teachers and staff to enhance curriculum delivery and student engagement.
- Coordinate with external vendors for procurement and compliance with local regulations.
- Provide guidance and support for ESL students through resource development and accessibility.
- Promote and facilitate extracurricular activities that align with the school's educational goals.
- Continuously evaluate and improve resource management systems to meet evolving educational needs.
Qualifications & Skills:
Required
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Information & Library Management or related field.
- Professional knowledge in library management and digital systems.
- Familiarity with overseas purchasing procedures and local regulations.
- Current software knowledge including accounting, Firefly, iSAMs, and Library Management systems.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a way that promotes the safety and wellbeing of children.
- Experience in working with ESL students.

- Willingness to offer and organize extracurricular activities.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new educational approaches.
- Subject knowledge to challenge and support high-achieving students.
- Understanding of positive disciplinary methods and child development.
- Teaching experience in an international school environment.
