The Opportunity:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain the school's library and digital resources effectively.
  • Support the implementation of educational programs through resource allocation and organization.
  • Ensure compliance with safety and wellbeing standards for students.
  • Collaborate with teachers and staff to enhance curriculum delivery and student engagement.
  • Coordinate with external vendors for procurement and compliance with local regulations.
  • Provide guidance and support for ESL students through resource development and accessibility.
  • Promote and facilitate extracurricular activities that align with the school's educational goals.
  • Continuously evaluate and improve resource management systems to meet evolving educational needs.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Information & Library Management or related field.
  • Professional knowledge in library management and digital systems.
  • Familiarity with overseas purchasing procedures and local regulations.
  • Current software knowledge including accounting, Firefly, iSAMs, and Library Management systems.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work in a way that promotes the safety and wellbeing of children.
  • Experience in working with ESL students.

  • Willingness to offer and organize extracurricular activities.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new educational approaches.
  • Subject knowledge to challenge and support high-achieving students.
  • Understanding of positive disciplinary methods and child development.
  • Teaching experience in an international school environment.
  • Experience in leading and implementing extracurricular activities.
