Key Responsibilities:
- Support students with individual learning needs through tailored interventions and assistance.
- Work collaboratively with teachers to plan and deliver effective learning activities.
- Monitor and record student progress regularly, providing feedback to staff and parents.
- Assist in creating a safe, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment.
- Provide one-to-one or small group support to help students develop key skills and confidence.
- Participate in staff meetings and training to ensure continuous professional development.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to student support and progress.

Qualifications & Skills:
Required
- Experience working with children in an educational setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Commitment to the school’s values of commitment, enjoyment, and teamwork.
- Basic understanding of child development and learning support strategies.
Preferred
- Previous experience as a Learning Support Assistant or in a similar role.
- Experience working with students with special educational needs or disabilities.
- Knowledge of inclusive teaching practices and strategies.
- Experience with behaviour management and positive reinforcement techniques.
- Familiarity with educational software and tools used in schools.
