The Opportunity:

Key Responsibilities:
- Support students with additional needs through individualised learning plans and targeted interventions.
- Work closely with teachers and other support staff to ensure consistent and effective learning strategies.
- Monitor and assess student progress, providing regular feedback to both students and staff.
- Deliver one-to-one and small group support sessions to enhance student engagement and achievement.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of school-wide support policies and procedures.
- Maintain accurate records of student progress and attendance.
- Promote a positive and inclusive classroom culture, encouraging student participation and confidence.
- Attend relevant training and professional development opportunities to enhance practice.
Qualifications & Skills:
Required
- Relevant qualifications in education or a related field.
- Experience in providing learning support within a school setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Commitment to safeguarding and child protection.
Preferred
- Experience working with students with a range of learning needs.
- Familiarity with inclusive teaching practices and differentiated instruction.
- Experience in using assistive technology to support learning.
- Knowledge of behaviour management strategies in a school environment.
