The Opportunity:

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement individualized learning plans for students in Grades 4-12.
- Deliver targeted ESL instruction to support language acquisition and academic achievement.
- Collaborate with teachers and support staff to ensure consistent and effective learning strategies.
- Monitor student progress and provide regular feedback to students, parents, and colleagues.
- Participate in professional development and school-wide initiatives to enhance teaching practices.
- Support students in developing the skills and confidence needed for academic and personal growth.
- Create engaging and inclusive classroom environments that promote active learning and participation.
- Contribute to the school’s mission by fostering a culture of excellence, leadership, and innovation.
Qualifications & Skills:
Required
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, English, or a related field.
- Valid teaching qualification or certification.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in teaching or learning support, preferably in an ESL context.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience working with students in Grades 4-12.
Preferred
- Experience with High Performance Learning (HPL) methodology.
- Familiarity with international curricula such as GCSE, A-level, or AP.
- Experience in a multicultural or international school setting.
- Proficiency in using digital tools and resources for teaching and learning.
