Summary:

Join a school as a Learning Support Teacher (ESL) for Grades 4-12 in Riyadh, starting August 2026.

The Opportunity:

As a Learning Support Teacher (ESL), you will support students in Grades 4-12 to achieve academic success, with a focus on English as a Second Language. This is a unique opportunity to make an impact in a school that is shaping the next generation of leaders in Saudi Arabia.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement individualized learning plans for students in Grades 4-12.
  • Deliver targeted ESL instruction to support language acquisition and academic achievement.
  • Collaborate with teachers and support staff to ensure consistent and effective learning strategies.
  • Monitor student progress and provide regular feedback to students, parents, and colleagues.
  • Participate in professional development and school-wide initiatives to enhance teaching practices.
  • Support students in developing the skills and confidence needed for academic and personal growth.
  • Create engaging and inclusive classroom environments that promote active learning and participation.
  • Contribute to the school’s mission by fostering a culture of excellence, leadership, and innovation.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

  • Bachelor’s degree in Education, English, or a related field.
  • Valid teaching qualification or certification.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in teaching or learning support, preferably in an ESL context.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience working with students in Grades 4-12.

Preferred

  • Experience with High Performance Learning (HPL) methodology.
  • Familiarity with international curricula such as GCSE, A-level, or AP.
  • Experience in a multicultural or international school setting.
  • Proficiency in using digital tools and resources for teaching and learning.
