The Opportunity:

Key Responsibilities:
- Support students with individual and small group learning interventions.
- Design and review Individual Education Plans (IEPs) to personalise learning.
- Collaborate with class and specialist teachers to develop effective learning programmes.
- Use appropriate assessment methods to monitor and enhance student progress.
- Provide guidance and support for students with speech and language development needs.
- Support students with sensory integration difficulties.
- Utilise ICT tools to enhance learning and support student engagement.
Qualifications & Skills:
Required
- Proven experience in supporting students with special educational needs.
- Strong knowledge of assessment and intervention strategies.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in using educational technology and digital platforms.
- Qualified teacher with relevant experience in a mainstream setting.
Preferred
- Experience working with students on the Autistic spectrum.
- Understanding of sensory integration difficulties.
- Familiarity with Google Apps for Education.
- Experience in designing and implementing IEPs.
