Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain the school’s library collection, ensuring resources are up to date and accessible.

- Collaborate with teaching staff to integrate library resources into the curriculum.
- Oversee the purchasing and management of library materials, adhering to local and international regulations.
- Promote the use of library resources through events, workshops, and outreach activities.
- Ensure a safe and welcoming environment for all students and visitors.
- Utilize library management software to streamline operations and improve efficiency.
Qualifications & Skills:
Required
- At least 5+ years of experience in a similar librarian or library management role.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Information & Library Management or a related field.
- Professional knowledge in library management and resource development.
- Familiarity with overseas purchasing procedures and local regulations.
- Experience working with ESL students.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent time management and organizational abilities.
- Commitment to child safety and wellbeing.
Preferred
- Willingness to contribute to extracurricular activities and student engagement.
- Experience in an international school setting.
- Knowledge of child development and positive disciplinary methods.
