Key Responsibilities:
- Teach a form across a range of Key Stage 2 subjects with enthusiasm and expertise.
- Provide pastoral support and guidance to students, fostering a positive and inclusive classroom culture.
- Develop and deliver engaging, creative, and challenging lessons that meet curriculum requirements.
- Monitor and assess student progress, providing constructive feedback to support learning and development.
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a cohesive and effective approach to teaching and learning.
- Participate in school events, extracurricular activities, and community initiatives.
- Maintain accurate records of student performance and attendance.
- Support the school’s commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
Qualifications & Skills:
Required
- Qualified teacher with relevant subject knowledge and experience in Key Stage 2 education.
- Strong classroom management and communication skills.
- A commitment to safeguarding and child welfare.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team and take on additional responsibilities as required.
- Experience in pastoral care and student support.
Preferred
