Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the marketing team in executing the annual marketing and communication strategy and budget
  • Maintain and uphold brand guidelines, ensuring consistent use of tone of voice, colours, and branding across all materials
  • Develop and adapt templates for internal and external events, including concerts, conferences, and school publications
  • Collaborate with departments to create engaging content for admissions, development, and school events
  • Organize and manage the production of annual and termly publications for both schools
  • Support the Programme Manager with research and analysis to inform future marketing strategies
  • Assist in the creation and maintenance of marketing collateral such as prospectuses, newsletters, and promotional materials
  • Support photography at school events when required
  • Keep up-to-date with industry trends and local/national education news

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

  • Degree-level education in Marketing, Humanities, Media, or a similar field
  • Minimum 2-3 years’ experience in a marketing role
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Meticulous attention to detail, especially in adhering to brand guidelines and proof-reading
  • Ability to write dynamic and engaging content for electronic and printed publications
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and MS Office
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Willingness to learn and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Flexible approach to the ever-changing nature of school-based work

Preferred

  • Knowledge of marketing research techniques, analysis, and reporting
  • Understanding of communication channels and their implications
  • Familiarity with GDPR and the Data Protection Act
