The Opportunity:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and teach up to 25 lessons per week, ensuring a high standard of instruction.
  • Submit lesson plans, presentations, and other required teaching documents.
  • Maintain positive student behavior and communicate with SLT when necessary.
  • Continuously improve teaching quality and promote academic excellence.
  • Participate in academic and school meetings regularly.
  • Fulfill assigned evening duties as required.
  • Assess and track student performance, providing constructive feedback.
  • Prepare, assign, and mark homework, quizzes, and examinations.
  • Build and maintain communication with parents regarding student progress.
  • Plan and organize student activities, including open classes and campus events.
  • Support students in competitions and academic events.
  • Lead at least one extracurricular activity or club.
  • Provide support to the University Counseling Department and Pastoral Department.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of teaching experience in a relevant subject.
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in a related subject.
  • PGCE, QTS, or U.S. teaching certificate.
  • Strong knowledge of international curriculum systems such as AL, AP, and IGCSE.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and team-building skills.
  • Passion for student-centered education and innovative teaching methods.

Preferred

  • Experience in private or international school settings.
  • Familiarity with student development programs and extracurricular activities.
