Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver engaging and interactive Mathematics lessons aligned with the school’s curriculum and educational standards.
  • Develop and implement creative teaching strategies to foster critical thinking and a love for Mathematics.

  • Differentiate instruction to meet the diverse learning needs of students.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

  • A Bachelor of Education degree or equivalent, with a relevant teaching qualification such as PGCE, PGDE, or Level 5 specialism in Mathematics.
  • Proven experience teaching High School Mathematics, preferably within an American or IB curriculum school.
  • Strong knowledge of inquiry-based learning and hands-on Mathematics education.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with students, parents, and colleagues.

Preferred

  • Experience in a school with a strong international student community.
  • Familiarity with the IB Diploma Programme or American curriculum.
  • Demonstrated commitment to professional development and continuous improvement in teaching practice.
