Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver high-quality, engaging Mathematics lessons that challenge and inspire students.

- Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and contribute to the ongoing development of the Mathematics curriculum.
- Participate in extracurricular activities and initiatives that promote Mathematics and STEM learning.

- Engage with parents and carers to support student learning and development.
- Stay up to date with current educational research and developments in Mathematics teaching.
Qualifications & Skills:
Required
- Qualified teacher with relevant subject knowledge in Mathematics.
- Experience in teaching Mathematics at secondary level.
- Commitment to student-centered learning and inclusive education.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and across the school community.
Preferred
- Experience in delivering Mathematics at GCSE and A-level.
- Experience with differentiated instruction and supporting students with diverse learning needs.
- Familiarity with using digital tools and resources in Mathematics teaching.
- Experience in leading or contributing to departmental initiatives or curriculum development.
