Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver challenging, inspiring lessons aligned with the Cambridge International Curriculum (UK National Curriculum).
- Support and assess student progress using innovative teaching strategies and regular assessments.
- Foster a classroom culture that encourages exploration, risk-taking, and student growth.
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop curriculum and share best practices.
- Participate in co-curricular programmes, including academic competitions, creative clubs, and sports.
- Engage with students and parents to build strong partnerships and support student success.
Qualifications & Skills:
Required
- A recognised teaching qualification (PGCE, QTS, or equivalent)
- Experience teaching KS3 to 5
- At least 3 years’ experience in a UK or British-curriculum school
- A record of student success in international education
- Passion for inquiry-based, student-centred learning
Preferred
- Familiarity with modern pedagogical approaches and assessment strategies
- Commitment to holistic education, fostering creativity, confidence, and responsibility
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills in an international school setting
