Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality mathematics instruction aligned with the IB MYP and DP curriculum.

- Support the academic and pastoral development of students through individualized guidance and mentorship.
- Collaborate with colleagues to enhance teaching practices and contribute to the school’s continuous improvement.

- Maintain accurate records and assessments to monitor student progress and achievement.
- Stay current with educational research and best practices in mathematics education.

Qualifications & Skills:
Required
- Qualified teacher with relevant subject knowledge and experience in mathematics education.
- Strong understanding of the IB MYP and DP curriculum.
- Demonstrated ability to inspire and motivate students of all abilities.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Commitment to the school’s mission, values, and ethos.
- Willingness to participate in all aspects of school life, including co-curricular and pastoral duties.
Preferred
- Experience in a British international school setting.
- Familiarity with the Malvern College heritage and educational philosophy.
