The Opportunity:

A Mathematics Teacher (Secondary) is needed to deliver outstanding teaching and support students in achieving their full potential. Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality mathematics instruction to students across key stages 3-5.
  • Prepare and implement engaging lesson plans aligned with Cambridge IGCSE, CAIE A-Level, and IB Diploma programs.
  • Monitor and assess student progress, providing constructive feedback and support.
  • Collaborate with colleagues in the Mathematics department to enhance teaching and learning.
  • Participate in extra-curricular activities and contribute to the wider school community.
  • Stay updated with current pedagogical practices and incorporate innovative teaching methods.
  • Support students in developing both academic and personal skills.
  • Engage in ongoing professional development and training opportunities.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

  • Experience teaching mathematics across key stages 3-5.
  • Hold a local or international teaching qualification.
  • Demonstrated ability to inspire and motivate students.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Commitment to working within a collaborative and supportive school community.

Preferred

  • Experience with Cambridge IGCSE, CAIE A-Level, and/or IB Diploma examination courses.
