The Opportunity:
A Mathematics Teacher (Secondary) is needed to deliver outstanding teaching and support students in achieving their full potential. This role involves teaching across key stages 3-5 and contributing to a vibrant and experienced Mathematics department. Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality mathematics instruction to students across key stages 3-5.
- Prepare and implement engaging lesson plans aligned with Cambridge IGCSE, CAIE A-Level, and IB Diploma programs.
- Monitor and assess student progress, providing constructive feedback and support.
- Collaborate with colleagues in the Mathematics department to enhance teaching and learning.
- Participate in extra-curricular activities and contribute to the wider school community.
- Stay updated with current pedagogical practices and incorporate innovative teaching methods.
- Support students in developing both academic and personal skills.
- Engage in ongoing professional development and training opportunities.
Qualifications & Skills:
Required
- Experience teaching mathematics across key stages 3-5.
- Hold a local or international teaching qualification.
- Demonstrated ability to inspire and motivate students.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Commitment to working within a collaborative and supportive school community.
Preferred
- Experience with Cambridge IGCSE, CAIE A-Level, and/or IB Diploma examination courses.
