The Opportunity:

A Mathematics Teacher - Secondary School is sought to inspire and educate students in Grades 6 to 12. The role involves delivering high-quality instruction in the IB MYP and DP Mathematics curricula, with a focus on developing critical thinking and problem-solving skills in students.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deliver engaging Mathematics lessons aligned with IB standards.
  • Design and implement effective assessment strategies to support student learning.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages curiosity and intellectual growth.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to enhance curriculum development and teaching practices.
  • Provide pastoral care and support to students, contributing to their holistic development.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

  • Bachelor’s Degree with professional qualifications in Education.
  • Solid experience in teaching Grades 6 to 12 students.
  • Knowledge and experience in teaching IB MYP/DP Mathematics.
  • Strong IT and curriculum development skills.

Preferred

  • Experience in teaching IB DP Mathematics (Analysis and Approaches).
  • Comfortable teaching across Grades 6-10 and 11-12.
  • Experience in a bilingual working environment.
